Job summary

GPM BUILDERS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a proactive Marketing and Administration Coordinator to support marketing and property-related matters, assist sales activities, and coordinate with internal teams, customers, agents, and vendors.

You will help prepare marketing materials, manage property information, plan events and promotions, and provide general administrative support, working independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Property/Real Estate, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in property, real estate, marketing or administration.
• Experience in property development is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of property portals, digital marketing or social media platforms is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proactive, responsible and a good team player.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all marketing and property-related matters.
• Support sales and marketing activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, agents, vendors, and external parties.
• Assist with marketing materials, property information, events, and promotions.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support.
• Assist management in various business and operational matters.
• Handle general administrative duties
• Handle ad-hoc duties and projects as required by management.
