Responsibilities

• Perform AML checks before and after property sales.
• Respond to customer enquiries about new projects.
• Procure showflat furniture and accessories for new launches.
• Coordinate work between interior designers, main contractors and vendors.
• Assist Marketing Manager in planning and executing full-cycle marketing and sales activities.
• Collaborate with in-house teams, external consultants, agencies and property agents for marketing support.
• Support marketing campaigns and digital marketing efforts for residential projects.
• Coordinate production of advertising materials (brochures, hoardings, displays, websites, social media, videos).
• Maintain knowledge of Singapore real estate sales and marketing trends and regulations.
• Oversee show unit and sales gallery fit-out and logistics for launches.
• Set up essential services at Sales Office prior to project launch.
• Manage sales and marketing enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Monitor show flats and sales offices post-launch to ensure proper operation of services.
• Handle customer feedback and deliver quality service to purchasers.
• Process commission payments to property agencies accurately and timely.
• Assist with admin tasks related to TOP and handing over for completed projects.
• Coordinate and manage defects reports during and after the Defects Liability Period.
