Job summary

RecruitFirst is seeking a seasoned Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and the performance of our sites in Singapore. You will lead a team of 8 site staff and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure optimal property management and cost control.

The role requires a degree or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical engineering or related field, with at least 6 years of experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) preferred.
• Property Development / Real Estate Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of working experience in related field.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills; good team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; M&E knowledge; indepth knowledge on chiller, ACMV.

Salary: up to $7000

• Drive company culture and initiatives to the site team.
• Ensure the contractors / vendors complete repair and maintenance work as per contract requirements.

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) preferred, Property Development / Real Estate Management or equivalent.
