Job summary

CapitaLand Investment Limited is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day management and operations of our properties in Singapore. You will lead a site team, coordinate with departments, and implement strategies to optimize performance and costs.

The role requires a degree in engineering or related field, with 6+ years in the sector, strong leadership, and excellent communication. You will ensure contractor compliance and promote CapitaLand’s values across sites through active personnel

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Real Estate/Property Management
• Fire Safety Manager and SCEM certification preferred
• Minimum 6 years of related experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management and operations of properties
• Lead and supervise site staff in property maintenance
• Collaborate with other departments to support business needs and plans
• Review and develop strategies for optimal property management
• Carry out budget planning and cost control measures
• Identify manpower resources to meet business needs
• Drive company culture at the site team
• Ensure contractors/vendors complete repairs per contract requirements
