Job summary

CapitaLand is seeking a capable Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of its managed properties in Singapore. You will lead a site team and coordinate with internal departments to support business needs, ensuring strategies for optimal management and cost control are implemented.

The role requires a degree or diploma in engineering-related fields, with professional certifications in fire safety and SCEM preferred, and at least six years in related real estate management.

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) preferred, Property Development / Real Estate Management or equivalent.
• Fire Safety Manager and SCEM certification.
• Minimum 6 years of working experience in related field.
• Good team player with strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Good interpersonal, communication and written skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management and operations of CapitaLand properties.
• Lead and supervise site staff involved in property management and maintenance.
• Collaborate with other departments to support business needs and plans.
• Review, formulate and develop strategies for optimal property management.
• Carry out budget planning, monitoring and cost control measures.
• Identify manpower resource allocation to meet business needs.
• Drive CapitaLand culture and initiatives at the site level.
• Ensure contractors/vendors complete repairs and maintenance per contract requirements.
