Job summary

ENGIE Singapore is seeking a Project Manager/Quantity Surveyor to plan, manage and deliver project deliverables in LEI SEA Singapore. You will develop scopes, timelines and resource plans, coordinating with stakeholders, consultants and contractors to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

Responsibilities include monitoring costs, preparing BQs and tender docs, evaluating tenders, certifying payments, and ensuring compliance with WSH. Requires 2+ years in PM/QS and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Building Services/Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years experience in project management and quantity surveying.
  • Sound knowledge of cost management, contracts and tendering procedures.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a technical team for project works.
  • Able to work and deliver under tight timeline and pressure.
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills.

  • Evaluate costing and tenders, negotiate costing and recommend awards.
  • Certify contractor payments, variations, and final accounts.
  • Track project expenditures and billings.
