Job summary

ONE VOGUE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Property Executive to oversee day-to-day property operations at Redhill, Singapore. The role involves managing tenant enquiries, maintenance requests and ensuring smooth building management.

You will coordinate and supervise contractors, conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. On-site availability and strong communication are essential for timely follow-up and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in tenant management, maintenance coordination and contractor supervision.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to resolve on-site issues promptly.
• Comfortable with on-site work, inspections and follow-up with contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and ensure smooth and efficient building management.
• Manage tenant enquiries, feedback, complaints and maintenance requests, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify defects, maintenance requirements and areas for improvement.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors for repair, maintenance, fit-out, reinstatement and improvement works.
• Manage term contractors and facilities services including air-conditioning, lifts, cleaning, landscaping, pest control and other building services.
• Coordinate with tenants, MCST, contractors and relevant authorities on property, fit-out and building-related matters.
• Administer tenancy matters including lease renewals, tenancy records, lease documentation and monitoring of tenant obligations.
• Maintain proper property records and ensure building operations comply with statutory requirements, safety regulations and company policies.

5 days (Monday - Friday)
Location: Redhill
Basic Salary: $4000 - $5000 + Transport Allowance

Responsibilities:
