Our client is a multinational company in the Facilities Management industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Building Executive to join their Property Management team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central – easily accessible.
Support the day-to-day operations and administration of the assigned property.
Attend to tenant enquiries, feedback, requests and general operational matters.
Coordinate tenant-related works, including fit-out, reinstatement and improvement projects.
Liaise with and monitor external service providers to ensure service standards are maintained.
Conduct regular property inspections and follow up on maintenance, cleanliness and operational issues.
Coordinate access, permits, tenant movements, viewing arrangements and other property-related requests.
Prepare reports, meeting materials, tenant communications and relevant operational documentation.
Assist with budgeting, cost monitoring, compliance matters and continuous improvement initiatives.
Degree in Property/Building/Real Estate Management or a related discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience; Diploma holders with 5 years of relevant experience are welcome.
Relevant experience in property or facilities management, preferably within a commercial or mixed-use environment.
Good understanding of property operations, tenant management, contractor coordination and basic maintenance practices.
Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Proactive, independent and service-oriented with a practical “can-do” attitude and ability to work under pressure.
