Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Property Executive for our on-site team in Singapore. You will act as the front-line supervisor, coordinating site works, measuring and recording data, and supporting the core team to ensure professional delivery of services under the contract.

The role requires a Diploma in Building/Facilities Management or related field, with 3 years’ experience in a Property Executive role, or 8+ years in similar roles. CFME and FSM certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Building/Facilities Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Property Executive or 8+ years if no direct title.
• Facilities management and project management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Handle site measurements and records.
• Upload field data to the FM system.
• Plan works and services including improvements.
• Coordinate resourcing and supervision of subcontractors and specialists.

Assist the SFM and FM as the Site supervisors and assist the Core Team but not limited to the following: * in all site measurement and records,* uploading of field data to the computerised FM system,* planning of works and services including considerations for improvement works, and* controlling the resourcing and support of subcontractors and specialists.**Required Qualifications:*** Possess a Diploma preferably in Building, Technical or Facilities Management or relevant disciplines from a recognised establishment (preferably with M&E background) with a minimum 3 years relevant working experience as a Property Executive/equivalent role or at least 8 continuous years’ of relevant working experience as a Property Executive/equivalent role.
