You’ll oversee maintenance, regulatory compliance, and safety, ensuring every corner of our building operates smoothly and efficiently. This role offers a blend of hands-on oversight, strategy, and sustainability focus, helping our team create a safe, sustainable, and welcoming environment.**What You Will Be Doing*** Oversee facility maintenance and repair activities, upholding high standards of safety and regulatory compliance.* Conduct regular inspections of M&E equipment to maintain optimal service levels.* Manage and renew service contracts, licenses, and permits, ensuring they remain current and compliant.* Propose improvements, repairs, and upgrades to enhance building functionality and efficiency.* Coordinate and supervise contractor performance, ensuring timely, high-quality service.* Implement energy-saving and water conservation initiatives to align with our sustainability goals.* Lead risk management, emergency planning, and workplace safety initiatives.* Prepare monthly reports, attend client meetings, and provide updates on facility operations.**We’re Looking For Someone Who’s*** Hold a Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.* Bring at least 1 year of experience in property management / facilities maintenance / equipment management.* Highly preferred someone who possess relevant professional certifications such as FSM, Green Mark, ZWM, WEM, SIFMA Tier 1–4, IFMA, or SCEM* Skilled in customer service, with strong communication abilities.* Knowledgeable about complex technical issues related to building maintenance and eager to propose innovative solutions.Competitive salaryPlease note: this is a Direct Search led by Knight Frank.
