Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Singapore seeks a Property Executive to sit on-site and support site supervisors in delivering contracted works and services. Qualifications

• Diploma in Building/Technical/Facilities Management from a recognised establishment; minimum 3 years relevant experience in a Property Executive/equivalent role or at least 8 continuous years in that role.
• Tier* experiences and technical knowledge in facilities management and project management.
• Good understanding of facilities operations and services for site delivery and compliance.
• Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification

Responsibilities

• Upload field data to the computerised FM system and maintain records.
• Plan works and services, including improvement works and efficiency measures.
