Job summary

Wecruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Legal & Compliance Assistant to provide guidance on property-related compliance to salespersons and clients, and to assist with claims and dispute resolution.

You will handle AML enquiries, review and draft legal documents, and coordinate with internal departments on compliance matters. You will also maintain proper records of claims, disputes and compliance activities, while supporting departmental projects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on property-related compliance matters to salespersons and clients.
• Assist with claims, commission disputes, and mediation proceedings.
• Handle AML enquiries, compliance reviews, audit checks, and follow-up actions.
• Draft and review legal documents and related correspondence within the scope of the role.
• Coordinate with internal departments and relevant parties on legal and compliance matters.
• Handle enquiries, feedback, telephone calls, and walk-in visitors.
• Maintain proper records of claims, disputes, and compliance activities.
• Support departmental projects and other duties as assigned.
