Job description

Provide general compliance guidance on property-related matters to salespersons.
Represent the company in claims matters before the Small Claims Tribunals (SCT), where authorised.
Attend mediation sessions to assist in resolving commission disputes.
Handle Anti-Money Laundering (AML) enquiries, conduct audit checks, and follow up on compliance issues.
Respond to enquiries and feedback from salespersons and clients.
Attend to walk-in visitors, telephone calls, and other enquiries.
Prepare and draft legal and compliance-related documents.
Provide administrative support to the department and perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
