Job summary

CAREER TREND PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Legal & Compliance Associate to structure, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including vendor and client agreements, SLAs, and partnership arrangements.

You will support governance programs, monitor regulatory changes, develop standard templates, and deliver training on compliance topics, while working closely with the business to uphold policy guardrails and timely issue resolution. The role requires an LL.B.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree recognized by the Singapore Institute of Legal Education (SILE).
• Called to the Singapore Bar.
• Experience reviewing, vetting, drafting and negotiating contracts and other legal documents.
• Demonstrates ability to work effectively as part of a team and a proactive commitment to continuous learning, self-development, and upskilling.

Responsibilities

• Structure, draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, client contracts, partnerships, and SLAs.
• Assist to facilitate and drive legal and/or compliance projects.
• Assist with review of proper authority and delegation frameworks.
