Job summary

Resorts World at Sentosa Pte Ltd is seeking an Assistant Manager/Manager to lead procurement, contract management and compliance for construction projects. You will partner closely with internal project teams and external consultants to establish SOPs, ensure policy compliance, manage risks and deliver cost-effective, timely project outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying and contract management, preferably in Construction or Engineering.
Experience in Design & Build and Traditional Build contracts.
Background in Consultancy or Developer environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Lead procurement, contracts and compliance functions of project management.
Collaborate with Projects/BET teams and external consultants from pre- to post-award construction management.
Develop procurement strategies including RFQ/RFP submissions and tender evaluations for award decisions.
Establish SOPs for construction management with relevant process and compliance metrics.
Negotiate, draft, review and guide contract execution processes for consistency, accuracy and timeliness.
Meet yearly KPIs aligned with compliance, project timelines and cost-effectiveness.
