Job summary

Talent Trader Group Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Manager to plan, oversee, and deliver ELV and security projects from initiation to closure. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules, budgets, and quality while serving as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering solutions that meet customer expectations and timelines.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in management team.
• Strong communication, coordination, resource planning, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee service projects from execution to completion, ensuring delivery within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Lead project teams by coordinating tasks, resources, schedules, and programme activities towards project objectives.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to achieve project milestones, manage expectations, and resolve escalations as the main point of contact.
• Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed solutions, baseline budgets, timelines, quality requirements, and customer expectations.
• Maintain proper project documentation and perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Basic knowledge of ELV, automation, networking, or security systems such as CCTV, access control, and alarm systems is an advantage.
