Job summary

Julian Grey Corporate Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, execute and close service projects for a security solutions provider in Singapore.

You will lead project teams, coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders, manage scope and budget, document progress, and ensure timely delivery of CCTV, access control and alarm system deployments. Candidates should have at least a Diploma and 5 years PM experience, with ELV, automation or networking knowledge.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in Electronics, Communications Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience; candidates with relevant qualifications but less experience may also be considered.
• Basic technical knowledge of ELV, automation, networking and physical security systems (CCTV, card access and alarm).

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and complete service projects within approved schedules and budgets.
• Lead project teams and ensure alignment with objectives and deliverables.
• Serve as main client contact and coordinate with internal teams to meet milestones and deadlines.
• Ensure projects delivered according to scope, technical specifications, quality standards and budget.
