Job summary

ADEMCO (FAR EAST) PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a Project Lead to oversee as-sold security solutions, coordinating project teams, resources, and milestones to meet client requirements and stay within budget.

You will engage stakeholders, manage client relationships as the primary contact, ensure compliance with specifications and quality criteria, and document progress while driving continuous improvement in project delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field.
• Technical knowledge of ELV, Automation, Networking, and Security Systems (CCTV, Card Access, Alarm System).
• 2 years' experience with the security industry.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to facilitate teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to plan resources effectively and meet tight deadlines with sensitivity to project constraints.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct project teams to achieve common objectives and deliver project milestones within strict deadlines.
• Engage and communicate proactively with stakeholders to align project progress and resolve issues.
• Manage client relationships by acting as the single point of contact and addressing escalations promptly to maintain client satisfaction.
• Oversee project delivery to ensure solutions meet agreed specifications, remain within baseline budget, and comply with quality criteria.
• Coordinate project team activities through effective task delegation, resource assignment, and programme management to optimize performance.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate project documentation to support transparency and accountability.
• Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills to overcome project challenges and drive successful outcomes.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support project and organizational goals.
