Job summary

Ademco (Far East) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Project Coordinator/Manager to oversee Manage Service Projects, ensuring delivery within timeline and budget while maintaining quality.

You will lead project teams, coordinate resources, engage stakeholders, and be the single point of contact for clients, with a focus on ELV, automation, CCTV, access control and alarm systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ultra-sensitive to deadlines with good resource planning.
• Technical knowledge of ELV, Automation, Networking and Security Systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and complete Manage Service Projects according to PMO timeline and budget.
• Lead and direct projects and ensure they are directed towards a common objective.
• Engage with stakeholders to deliver milestones and meet strict deadlines.
• Serve as single point of contact to clients and manage escalations.
• Ensure delivery matches as-sold solution within baseline budget and quality.
• Coordinate activities of project teams through task delegation and resource assignment.
• Maintain proper project documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure Manage Service Project planning, executions and completion according to the timeline, cost given by the PMO and Lead

• Lead and direct projects and ensure they are directed towards a common objective

• Engage and communicate with stakeholders to deliver project milestones and comply with strict deadlines

• Ensure client satisfaction and manage escalations, acting as single point of contact to the client

• Ensure that the project delivers as-sold solution, remains within the baseline budget and is delivered on time whilst maintaining quality criteria and client satisfaction

• Coordinate activities of the project teams through task delegation, resource assignment and programme management

• Ensure proper documentation is in order

• Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field

• Preferably with 5 years’ relevant work experience

• Good communicator with excellent coordination skills

• Ultra-sensitive to deadlines and capable of good resource planning

• Technical knowledge on ELV, Automation, Networking and Security Systems (CCTV, Card Access, Alarm System) required

• Committed individual with great initiative and strong problem-solving skills
