Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead security technology projects from conception to completion. The role focuses on delivering on time, within budget, and to high quality, with frequent site travel and coordination across clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in security project management, knowledge of CCTV/Access Control/Alarm systems, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience in security systems.
• Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Alarm, and integrated security systems.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Experience in handling Data Center projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD and Microsoft Project are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage security system projects (CCTV, Access Control, Alarm, Intercom, etc.).
• Review project specifications, drawings, and schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress, budget, quality, and timelines.
• Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
• Manage project documentation, variation orders, and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
• Resolve project issues and maintain strong client relationships

About the role

This position is located in the North Region and offers an exciting opportunity to lead and oversee complex engineering and security technology projects from conception through to successful completion. As Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is strategically important to our organization, as effective project management directly impacts client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
