The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Engineering and 3–5 years of project management experience in security systems, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Project Manager (Security Systems)

The Project Manager oversees all phases of security system projects, from planning, execution, installation, testing, and handover. The role requires effective coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery while ensuring timely delivery, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Basic salary: $5500 - $6500 + Transportation allowance of $500

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee security system projects (CCTV, Access Control, Alarm, Intercom, etc.).
• Review project specifications, drawings, and schedules.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress, budget, quality, and timelines.
• Supervise system installation, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
• Manage project documentation, variation orders, and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and industry standards.
• Resolve project issues promptly while maintaining strong client relationships.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Min. 3–5 years of project management experience in security systems.
• Good knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Alarm, and integrated security systems.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD and Microsoft Project are an advantage.
• Frequent travel to project sites.
• Work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• May be required to work after office hours or on weekends for system cutovers, testing, or commissioning.

Working hours: 5.5 work days, 8am to 5pm
