Job summary

Talent Link by e2i is seeking a Project Manager to lead a team of Project Engineers on ELV and security system projects. You will manage full project lifecycles from planning through installation, testing, commissioning and handover.

You should have 12–15 years in ELV/security systems, including Integrated Security Management Systems, Access Control, CCTV and Fire Alarm. Independent, self-driven and willing to travel between sites with occasional weekend work.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (Polytechnic or University level).
• 12–15 years in ELV/security systems such as Integrated Security Management Systems, Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Detection, PA, Fire Alarm, FIDS.
• Proficient with MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD and MS Teams.
• Independent, self-driven and able to manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Willing to travel between sites; weekend/public holiday work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Project Engineers and oversee ELV and security system projects from planning to handover.
• Drive full project lifecycle including installation, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Develop and implement project management and execution plans with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate with main contractors and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, EHS compliance and quality.
• Ensure proper documentation and smooth handover to clients.

• Lead project teams in executing ELV system installations and commissioning tasks.
• Develop and implement project management and execution plans with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate with main contractors and internal/external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, EHS compliance, and quality.
• Ensure proper documentation and smooth handover to clients.

Job Requirements

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (Polytechnic, or University level).
• Experience: 12-15 years in ELV/security systems such as: Integrated Security Management Systems
• Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Detection, PA, Fire Alarm, FIDS systems
• Technical Skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Microsoft Project, MS Teams, AutoCAD
• Independent, self-driven, and able to manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• The role may require occasional work on weekends and public holidays to meet operational demands.
• Possession of own transport is preferred due to operational requirements involving travel between sites. Transport allowance will be provided.
