Job summary

Zhicheng Engineering Pte. Ltd. is seeking a site supervisor to assist the Project Manager in planning, monitoring, and delivering projects from inception to completion with quality and on schedule.

The role involves managing site operations, supervising workers and subcontractors, and ensuring safe, high-quality delivery through hands-on site work and training for new workers. Shift work and weekend duties are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitoring of projects from inception to completion on time and of desired quality.
• Assist to manage and monitor site operations, workers and contractors.
• Lead and manage the installation team to ensure safe, high quality and complete-on-time delivery of projects and solutions.
• Evaluate and resolve discrepancies and problems arising at the site (technical matters).
• Supervise site works on a day-to-day basis and address issues relating to a given project.
• Liaise with subcontractors and ensure timely completion of all works according to quality specs and work schedule.
• Conduct regular inspections and assess work performance by all subcontractors.
• Manage, supervise and coordinate site works and workers.
• Shift work and weekend duty is required.
• Hands-on for site work such as formwork & rebar coaching and training for new workers.
