Job summary

YLF CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a capable construction project coordinator to oversee site activities, coordinate teams, and ensure adherence to regulations.

You will work with clients and consultants, produce reports, and manage permit applications, plans, and as-built updates, contributing to successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Hold a minimum Vocational certificate or equivalent.
• Possess at least 2 years of working experience in construction works.
• Demonstrate ability to work independently and apply strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate essential project information and coordinate team actions to resolve issues and impediments for timely project completion.
• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to maintain project progress and coordinate sub-contract works.
• Liaise with clients and consultants to facilitate project requirements and maintain clear communication throughout project phases.
• Produce accurate reports and documentation before and after project completion to support project tracking and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations by preparing permit applications, plans, and compliance reports.
• Assist in updating As-Built drawings on site to reflect accurate project changes and completion status.
