Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an Experienced Project Planner to develop, monitor, and control master schedules for hospitality and fit-out projects. You will leverage Primavera P6 and MS Project to consolidate multiple stakeholder timelines, validate progress, and advise on recovery plans.

The role requires 5–7 years in planning, a construction-related degree, PMP preferred, and fluency in English. Hybrid work options exist, with strong reporting and procurement oversight responsibilities.

Qualifications

5-7 years planning/scheduling experience for Hospitality / Fit-out projects.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical.
Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management Certificate from an accredited university.
Solid experience using P6 and MS Project.
Proficient in PowerPoint presentations, report writing and Power BI.
Experience with client/owner teams or seconded assignments is a plus.
PMP accreditation would be advantageous.
Fluent in English (reading and speaking).

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot contractor and stakeholder logic links.
Review that the correct Critical Path method is exercised.
Document Baseline vs Actual progress status.
Validate Longest Task, Time Impact Analysis, As Planned Analysis or Window slicing Analysis.
Review and access stakeholders' schedules.
Document TOL requirements and statutory submission schedules.
Integrate contractor schedules into the master schedule.
Analyze and report potential issues and delays.
Undertake Earned Value Analysis when required.
Undertake Risk Assessments.
Monitor and control stakeholder schedules; report issues and recovery actions.
Support project reporting and governance.
Review procurement log, submittals, RFIs, and approvals.
Inspect onsite progress vs planned schedule and propose recovery.
Validate schedule events against signed contract provisions.
Identify schedule issues and propose recovery.
Coordinate recommendations with other trades.
Support project director with reporting and progress validation.
