Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced Project Planner to develop, monitor, and control master schedules for hospitality and fit-out projects. You will review contractor schedules, validate progress, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires 5–7 years of planning experience, proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project, and strong reporting skills. A hybrid/remote-friendly setup is possible with relocation options for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of planning/scheduling experience for Hospitality or Fit-out projects.

Responsibilities

• Review and integrate contractor and stakeholder schedules into a master project schedule.
• Validate Baseline vs Actual progress and monitor Critical Path.
• Identify schedule risks and propose recovery plans in coordination with trades.
• Support project director with reporting and schedule progress communications.
