• Contact existing customers to promote advertisements, moves, and changes, increasing customer engagement.
• Follow up on construction projects with maintenance and service proposals to enhance client satisfaction.
• Estimate and assist in estimating new installation projects to ensure accurate project planning and budgeting.
• Develop detailed project scopes and proposals to support sales efforts and project execution.
• Attend new project kickoff meetings with internal and external customers to align expectations and deliverables.
• Perform site surveys and assist customers with design solutions that meet project requirements.
• Build and manage customer relationships to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide scope solutions that effectively address customer issues.
• Identify and develop a diversified customer base to expand market reach and sales opportunities.
• Review and participate in the annual service contract renewal process with Contract Managers.
• Engage in ongoing training on new technologies and industry-related equipment to maintain professional expertise.
