CAREERNEXUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our civil construction team in Singapore.

You will evaluate progress claims, review variation orders, prepare final accounts, and measure quantities for quotations. Your role includes supporting cost control and advising on contract issues to ensure project profitability and compliance. The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent and 2–3 years of relevant post-contract experience.

Competenze

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of relevant post-contract quantity surveying experience in civil construction.
• Experience in assessing progress claims and variation orders.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.
• Able to start work immediately / short notice is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Check and evaluate progress claims from subcontractors and prepare payment responses.
• Review variation orders and extension of time submissions.
• Prepare and finalise final accounts for projects.
• Measure quantities and get quotations for project works.
• Compare quotations and suggest suitable subcontractors and suppliers.
• Support the project team on cost control and contract issues.
