Job summary

COENS ENERGY PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Planning/Scheduling professional in Singapore to lead project planning, track progress, and coordinate with diverse teams.

The role emphasizes developing schedules, monitoring performance, and leveraging Primavera P6 and MS Project to drive on-time delivery. The candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in engineering or PM fields, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and strong English and local language proficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant planning or scheduling experience.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office applications including Power BI.
• Proficient in English and the local language, both written and spoken.
• Certified by a recognized international body or possess proven relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and work plans to support project execution.
• Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, identify delays, and prepare schedule updates and reports.
• Coordination: Liaise with project teams and stakeholders to gather planning data and monitor progress.
• Schedule Analysis: Review schedule performance and recommend corrective actions to mitigate delays.
• Resource Planning: Assist in planning and monitoring manpower, equipment, and resource utilization.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain planning records, schedules, and project reports.
• Planning Software: Utilize planning tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and other relevant software.
• Other Duties: Perform other planning and project support duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Management.
