Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a project-focused professional to plan, coordinate, and monitor our regional project schedules. The role supports project managers by maintaining deadlines, coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams, and producing progress reports.

Emphasis on safety, schedule control, and tool proficiency is required. The candidate will work within a regional environment, applying MS Project and Primavera to develop schedules and monitor performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Planning and scheduling of projects.
• Maintain and monitor project deadlines as per work schedule and provide progress updates against baseline throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate between subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments, while anticipating labour, material, and equipment requirements to meet project schedules.
• Communicate any conflicts, risks, or challenges that may arise during project execution to the Project Manager.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly project status updates (site progress) to the Document Controller for report compilation.
• Ensure adherence to safety practices and workplace safety requirements.
• Develop and maintain S-curves for all projects within the region to monitor project performance and progress.
• Utilize MS Project and Primavera software to develop and maintain project schedules for all projects within the region.
