JUST RECRUIT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is recruiting for a contract role in Singapore to support a CitiBank Wealth Investment Securities project. The role collaborates with Operations, Front Office, Legal, Risk and Tech teams to drive migration and risk mitigation.

The position focuses on end-to-end project execution, data remediation, and process documentation, with an emphasis on accuracy under tight deadlines in a regulated banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Support/Execute end-to-end project plans and project migration activities.
• Support end-to-end operational migration activities, including contracts repapering, system checks and data remediation.
• Perform pre and post migration checks and validation, including position holdings, reconciliations, system sanity checkouts.
• Support SMEs on BAU activities so that SMEs can review and validate complicated scenarios
• Support update of process manuals to incorporate project migration changes to procedures, where applicable.

Job Purpose

The role will focus on supporting a Project related to Wealth Investment Securities and Products (Mutual Funds / Equities / Fixed Income Securities) for Citibank Singapore Limited.

Job Background / Context

The role will work cross-functionally with Wealth Investment Operation teams, Products, Front Office, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations and Technology.

Objectives

Objectives will focus on key aspects such as risk mitigation, process efficiency, technology enablement and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Support/Execute end-to-end project plans and project migration activities.


• Support/ Execute end-to-end operational migration activities, including contracts/agreements repapering if any, system checking, client/account data remediation etc.


• Perform pre and post migration checks and validation, including position holdings, reconciliations, system sanity checkouts.


• Support SMEs on BAU activities so that SMEs can review and validate complicated scenarios


• Support update of process manuals to incorporate project migration changes to procedures, where applicable.

Person Specification

Knowledge / Experience

Open to candidates without experience.

Some experience of working in a Bank in Operations will be an advantage.

Skills

• Knowledge of MS tools; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint


• Knowledge of Wealth Investment Securities and Products such as Mutual Funds/Equities/Fixed Income Securities and function and role of custodian will be an advantage.
