Job summary

CLC-GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a diligent administrator to support project operations in Singapore. You will assist the project team with admin tasks and ensure timely submission of photos, documents, and attachments to Singtel or client portals.

You will liaise with Field Engineers to ensure all required items are submitted, plan and update project schedules for private and Singtel works, and coordinate manpower with technical, field, and logistics teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project team with all administrative duties related to project operations.
• Submit job photos, documents, and attachments to the Singtel or client portal accurately and on time.
• Liaise with Field Engineers to ensure all required attachments, photos, and reports are properly submitted.
• Plan, arrange, and update the company's project schedule for private and Singtel-related works.
• Coordinate manpower allocation and communicate schedules with different teams (technical, field, and logistics).
• Handle daily emails, phone calls, and inquiries from customers and clients in a professional manner.
• Follow up with relevant departments to ensure timely completion of assigned jobs and documentation.
• Maintain organized records of job submissions, reports, and correspondence.
• Support the Project Manager in preparing reports and updates when required
