Qualifications

• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Understanding of laws and ordinances governing construction.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications accurately.
• Experience with preparation of tenders, calculations, pricing and quotations.
• Familiarity with standard forms of building contracts.
• Strong writing, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between on-site operations and project management for efficient execution.
• Track master programme, develop catch-up schedules and manage site progress.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers to optimize manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Liaise with technical teams and consultants to resolve design and construction issues.
• Assist with budget preparation and monitor project costs against forecasts.
• Review and enforce method statements, risk assessments and work procedures for safety and quality.
• Prepare progress updates, reports, and site documentation for stakeholders.
• Conduct regular coordination meetings to review progress and implement corrective actions.
• Identify operational risks and drive process improvements.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.
