Job summary

R Systems in Singapore seeks an experienced project manager with product and operational expertise in banking and investments to lead wealth management initiatives. The role focuses on end-to-end program delivery, cross-functional coordination, and strategic execution in a fast-paced financial services environment.

The candidate should have PMP/PRINCE II preferred credentials, strong executive communication, and a track record of large-scale private bank programs.

Qualifications

• Sound knowledge in Wealth operational process, investment products domain and services.
• Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent
• Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
• Prior experience with large scale programs for private banks (or equivalent) is required
• A confident and self-aware leader with a high degree of independence with analytical/problem solving ability
• Demonstrated at least 9 - 12 years of experience in project management with the focus on financial services
• Able to clearly articulates complex matters and provide recommendations on best course of action to be taken
• Full end to end project management in a lead role
• Executive level communication skills with excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressur
