Job summary

CD Plus A PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead corporate office interior design projects from inception to completion.

You will coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams to ensure projects meet time, budget and technical requirements. Ideal candidates bring a minimum of 5 years in corporate office interior design and fit-out, strong communication, organizational and leadership skills, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Delivering projects from inception to completion
• Preparing site assessments, due diligence, meeting minutes and progress reports
• Communicate and coordinate among Clients, vendors and team members
• Plan the work schedule and efficiently organize the site facilities in order to meet an agreed program of deadlines
• Shall be responsible for the EHS implementation and performance of the project on site
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and communication plan
• Conduct and chair weekly technical meeting
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project cost

Job description

CD Plus A is a leading commercial Interior Design firm with over 30 years standing in Singapore and regionally. We are currently in need of a Senior Project Manager to play a pivotal role in our project team.

The project work to be undertaken focuses mainly on Corporate Offices projects - new and renewed.

Essential Function

Responsible for implementing and completing the project on time, within budget and in accordance with technical requirements. He / She shall also be a brand ambassador.

Responsibilities

Qualifications / Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate office interior design and fit out.
• Good knowledge on project processes and timeline management (eg. managing landlords, permits application and approvals etc)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to manage client's expectations
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and to work within a team structure.
• Positive attitude with a strong aptitude for learning.
