Job summary

Globibo Group is seeking a Project Manager to bridge senior management with internal and external teams, coordinating strategic projects and operations in Singapore. You will manage talent, marketing activities, and partner relations to ensure priorities are executed with focus and speed.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a relevant field, 1–3 years PM experience, and a proactive, tech-savvy communicator capable of handling stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
• 1–3 years of project management experience is preferred.
• Technology-savvy with ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Strong proactive communication with senior and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Talent Management: Align job descriptions and contracts; plan internal staff events; execute staff appreciation; follow up on priorities.
• Marketing: Guide contractors on digital marketing; maintain dashboards; plan content calendars and social strategy; drive image and video production.
• Operations: Build relationships with partners; identify freelancers/companies; monitor and optimize warehouse and equipment usage.

Your Impact

You will be the link between the Senior Management and all internal/external parties to coordinate critical projects and operational tasks. Your day-to-day activities will ensure that strategic priorities and operational requirements are pursued with the right focus and target in mind.

Responsibilities

Talent Management

• Align Job Descriptions &Contracts
• Plan &Coordinate internal Staff Events
• Plan &Execute Staff &Team Appreciation
• Follow up on Talent Management priorities and actions

Marketing

• Monitor and guide agroup of contractors on different digital marketing activities
• Maintain Dashboards and clarify priorities / action plans
• Plan Content Calendars and Social Strategy
• Drive Image &Video productions

Operations

• Establish &Maintain relationships with operational partners
• Identify freelancers &companies for specific tasks
• Monitor &Optimize warehouse &equipment usage

Your Potential Profile

• Bachelors degree in Business, Software Engineering, Information Technology
• Between 1 and 3 years of experience in Project Management
