Job summary

ScienTec Consulting in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate technology and operations initiatives, working closely with engineering teams and stakeholders to ensure governance, tracking progress and delivering outcomes.

You will design and implement workflows, manage budgets and procurement, prepare governance materials, and run regular planning and review meetings while supporting hiring, onboarding and capability tracking.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Project Management, Programme Management, Operations or Process Improvement.
• Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams concurrently.
• Strong experience in designing and implementing processes and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects and initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Track project progress, milestones, risks, dependencies and deliverables.
• Establish and improve project workflows, processes and operating procedures.
• Coordinate with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors and other partners.
• Prepare project updates, management reports and governance materials.
• Organise regular planning, project review and progress meetings.
• Track budgets, procurement activities and contract renewal timelines.
• Maintain project documentation, dashboards and performance metrics.
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support operational processes such as hiring, onboarding and capability tracking.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage multiple technology and operations initiatives. You will work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to coordinate projects, improve processes, track progress and ensure effective project governance.

• Working Hours: Mon-Fri
• Working Location: North East
• Job Type: Contract
• Salary Package: Up to $9000 (basic) + AWS

Key Responsibilities

• Strong stakeholder management, communication and documentation skills.
• Good analytical, planning and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Diploma or Degree in Business, IT, Engineering or related disciplines preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or related certifications will be advantageous.

Good to Have: Experience in technology projects, operations engineering, DevOps/SRE environments, procurement, vendor management or workforce processes.
