Job summary

LED SIGNS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead signage projects from planning through handover. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, landlords, main contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires 4+ years of relevant PM experience in signage or related industries, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and manage installation workflows while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Design, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant project management experience.
• Experience in signage, advertising, construction, renovation, façade, ACM, lightbox, 3D lettering, LED signage, or related industries will be an advantage.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings, shop drawings, and site layout plans.
• Good knowledge of signage fabrication, installation workflow, site coordination, and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage signage projects from planning stage to completion and handover.
• Conduct site surveys and coordinate site measurements, access, power points, and installation requirements.
• Review signage drawings, artwork, specifications, materials, and installation methods.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, landlords, main contractors, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal production teams.
• Prepare project schedules, work programmes, progress updates, and project documentation.
• Monitor production and installation progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Arrange manpower, equipment, materials, transport, and site access for installation works.
• Ensure signage works comply with approved drawings, quality standards, safety requirements, and authority regulations.
• Attend site meetings and provide regular updates to management and clients.
• Identify and resolve site issues, design changes, installation constraints, and project delays.
• Assist in preparing variation orders, progress claims, cost control, and project close‑out documents.
• Perform any other project‑related duties assigned by management.
