Job summary

RECRUITFLASH PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced project leader for large-building projects in Singapore. The role involves coordinating cross-functional reviews, managing schedules and budgets, and delivering progress reports to clients and management.

Your track record should include 8+ years as PM/Director on major construction assignments, with proven ability to complete projects from start to finish. Strong planning, forecasting and risk controls are essential.

Qualifications

• PEB Recognized Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction with 8 years as project manager/director for the execution of substantial building projects.
• Excellent planning, organizational, budgeting, forecasting, cost and schedule control and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal project team reviews followed by client approval and review of work schedule, progress measurement and reporting systems.
• Review status reports, modify schedules and plans and keep management apprised of progress.
• Monitor project progress and prepare reports on project safety and commercial status.
• Coordinate the schedule, budget, issues and risks of the project.
• Ensure the project management framework is well-organized and runs smoothly.
• Collate tendering documents in presentation-ready form for clients.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal project team reviews followed by an approval and review by the client of the work schedule, progress measurement and reporting systems.


• Review status reports, modify schedules and plans as required and keep the management appraised of the progress on a regular basis.


• Monitor project progress and prepare reports on project safety and commercial status.


• Coordinate the schedule, budget, issues and risks of the project.


• Make sure the project management framework is well-organized and that it runs smoothly.


• Collating the tendering documents, whether electronically or paper copies, in a presentable manner for client.

Requirements:

• PEB Recognized Degree in Civil Engineering.


• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction industry, and 8 years' experience as project manager/Director for the execution of substantial building projects, with a proven track record of fully completing projects from start to finish.


• Excellent planning, organizational, budgeting, forecasting, cost and schedule control and risk management skills
