Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a capable Civil Project Manager to lead from planning through to completion of civil construction initiatives in Singapore. The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience leading civil construction projects is preferred.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities required.

• Lead civil construction projects from planning to completion.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors and authorities.
• Manage site operations and resolve technical and project-related issues.
• Monitor costs, variations, claims and contractual matters.
• Ensure works follow approved drawings, specs and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present regular project progress reports to management.
• Lead project handover and ensure timely completion of all outstanding works and documentation.
