Job summary

RECRUITFLASH PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end planning and execution of residential and government construction projects in Singapore.

You will coordinate resources, manage subcontractors, and drive tendering, quality, safety, and compliance across all project phases.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in construction PM, with degrees in construction management or related fields, and a proven track record of delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry in a project management role.
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of residential/government projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and work programmes.
• Coordinate resources from pre-construction through turnover.
• Lead tender preparation and submission of government tenders and procurement documents.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors; conduct progress meetings.
• Ensure compliance with design specs, regulatory standards, and safety requirements.
• Monitor costs, budgets, and timelines; report progress to senior management.
• Maintain accurate project documentation using PM tools.

Job description

1. Project Planning &Execution

• Lead end-to-end planningand execution of residential and/or government construction projects
• Develop and maintaindetailed project schedules, timelines, and work programmes
• Coordinate resourcesfrom pre-construction through completion and handover

2. Team Leadership &Coordination

• Manage and guide projectteams including site engineers, quantity surveyors, site supervisors, andsupport staff
• Foster collaborationacross internal departments and stakeholders
• Set clear expectations,deliverables, and performance standards

3. Subcontractor &Stakeholder Management

• Manage subcontractors,suppliers, and vendors
• Conduct regular progressmeetings to ensure milestone achievement
• Resolve site issues,technical queries, and coordination matters promptly

4. Tendering &Documentation

• Lead preparation andsubmission ofgovernment tenders and procurement documents
• Work closely with QS andconsultants to ensure cost efficiency and compliance
• Manage tenderclarifications and post-submission processes

5. Quality, Safety &Compliance

• Ensure all works complywith design specifications, regulatory standards, and safety requirements
• Support site inspectionsand coordinate with relevant authorities for approvals
• Troubleshoot and resolvetechnical and site-related issues effectively

6. Project Tracking &Reporting

• Monitor project costs,budgets, and timelines against actual performance
• Provide regular progressupdates to senior management
• Maintain accurateproject documentation using project management tools
