Job summary

RECRUITFLASH PTE. LTD. seeks a site/project manager to oversee civil construction projects in Singapore. You will report to Directors and ensure sites stay within timelines and budgets while coordinating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities include reviewing requisitions, managing documentation, leading on-site teams, and participating in tender processes. A degree in a relevant field and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture/Construction Management/Project Management, recognised by Board of Architects/Professional Engineering Board/BCA.
• Knowledgeable in project management processes for all stages of project.

• Ensure projects are work within timelines and budget.
• Review the equipments / materials requisitions.
• Manage correspondence & documentation with Clients, Consultants and contractors.
• Day-to-day management of site, including supervising and monitoring the site labourforce and all subcontractors work.
• Strong interpersonal, communication & negotiation with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Maintain and strengthen relationship with clients and suppliers.
• Conduct meetings with project team to identify issues and ensure resolution.
• Check plans and work per specifications.
• Resolve technical difficulties on site.
• Participate in tender processes: design, submission and review.
• Any other duties as assigned.
