Job summary

JOB LIONS PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of complex projects in Singapore. You will ensure on-time, on-budget completion with top-quality standards, liaising with clients, consultants and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.

You will lead a team of professionals, enforce safety and quality measures, and push lean construction methods to enhance productivity and collaboration on site.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent recognised by the relevant board.
• 8+ years of relevant construction project experience with a proven track record.
• Dynamic, self-motivated and results-driven with a building-industry background.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of BIM.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall implementation and completion of projects within cost, time and quality targets.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Prepare, review and submit detailed programmes, schedules, methods and risk assessments.
• Lead safety meetings with internal and external teams on-site.
• Manage a team of professionals and technical staff in planning and day-to-day execution.
• Drive innovative construction methods to improve productivity and lean outcomes.

Job Description

• Responsible for overall implementation and completion of projects within scheduled cost, time and quality
• Liaising with clients, consultants, relevant authorities and sub-contractors to ensure smooth completion of the projects
• Prepare, review and submit all detailed programmes, schedule, method statement, technical proposal, risk assessment plans
• Conduct regular internal, subcontractor and site safety meeting
• Lead a team of professional and technical staff in planning and execution of day-to-day operations
• Drive the implementation of innovative construction methodologies and practices on site to improve productivity and achieve lean outcomes
• Foster collaborative spirit between project team members, as well as commitment to achieving set performance targets

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification recognised by PEB board.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience with proven track record in construction projects
• Dynamic, self-motivated, pro-active and result-oriented individuals with a proven record in the building industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of BIM
