Qualifications

• Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking.
• Familiarity with construction quality, cost, and safety standards.
• Comfortable working across multiple sites if required.
• Proficient in MS Office & Project Management software.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities to meet timeline, cost, and quality objectives.
• Monitor progress, identify risks or issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, architects, and authorities, providing guidance and technical support.
• Support personnel management, including coaching and monitoring team productivity.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and performance.
• Organize and lead regular coordination meetings, track deliverables, and maintain project documentation.

Our esteemed client in the Construction industry is seeking an Deputy/ Project Manager/ Senior Manager (Building Projects) to join their dynamic team:

• Employment Type: Permanent
• Position: Deputy/ Project Manager/ Senior Manager
• Location: Central (Based on the project's location)
• Working Hours: 5.5 days, Office Hours
• Salary Package: Basic + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• To support the planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities to meet timeline, cost, and quality objectives
• Monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and implement corrective actions as neededVerify construction plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and identify any potential errors, defects, or variations
• Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, architects, and relevant authorities, providing guidance and technical support to the project team
• Support personnel management, including coaching and monitoring team productivity
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and performance
• Organize and lead regular coordination meetings, track deliverables, and maintain project documentation
