Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD seeks a Project Coordinator to assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities and resources in Singapore. You will liaise with clients, suppliers and subcontractors to provide updates and clarifications, and monitor progress on site.

You will contribute to on-site quality and safety tracking, prepare simple reports and trackers for the project team and management, and collaborate with engineers and managers to keep projects moving smoothly.

Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical or related field is required.
Basic understanding of project coordination, technical drawings and site work.
Good communication skills, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.
Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD or similar tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning, scheduling and coordinating project activities and resources.
Support technical reviews of drawings, specifications and site requirements.
Liaise with clients, suppliers and subcontractors on project updates and clarifications.
Monitor project progress, quality and safety compliance on site and in documentation.
Prepare simple reports, trackers and updates for the project team and management.
