Job Express Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager (Renovation) to lead renovation and construction projects on-site in Singapore.

You will coordinate with engineers, architects, and clients, define requirements, manage timelines, and ensure quality workmanship from start to finish.

Responsibilities include site measurements, tender preparation, permit handling, progress updates, and cost-control initiatives to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience managing renovation or construction projects on-site.
• Ability to coordinate with engineers, architects, and clients.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and cost-control skills.

• Prepare tender documents and secure necessary permits and licenses.
• Handle all project-related paperwork, including permit applications.
• Plan project timelines, objectives, and work methods for smooth execution.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates.
• Find ways to improve efficiency and cut unnecessary costs.
• Lead and supervise construction teams on-site.
• Coordinate tasks between subcontractors and in-house workers.
• Ensure all work meets agreed specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain high-quality workmanship throughout the project.
