Job summary

Job Express Services Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Construction Manager (Renovation) to lead renovation and construction projects on site in Singapore. You will oversee site operations, quality, safety, and progress from start to finish.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors, prepare reports, shop drawings and variations orders, and supervise site workers to deliver projects on time and to spec. This role requires hands-on leadership and thorough QA/QC oversight.

Working Hours: Mon to Sat, 8.30am-5.30pm (work on site)

Salary: $4500 to $5500
