JOB EXPRESS SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Construction Manager (Renovation) to lead renovation and construction projects from start to finish on site in Singapore.

You will supervise site operations, monitor project progress, quality and safety, coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors, conduct site inspections, and oversee QA/QC.

Responsibilities include preparing project reports, shop drawings and Variation Orders, and leading site workers to ensure timely delivery.
