Job summary

Buildbridge Partners Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to oversee building construction projects from start to finish. You will lead project teams to deliver on schedule, within budget, and with compliance to quality and safety standards.

Coordination with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and authorities is essential to ensure smooth execution, monitor progress, and manage costs and variations. Regular site meetings and issue resolution are key parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil engineering, building, construction management or related discipline.
• Experience in managing building construction projects with an established main contractor.
• Experience in residential, commercial, institutional or other building projects welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress updates and milestones.
• Identify and resolve technical and operational issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health and environmental requirements.

Education

Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management or related discipline
