Job summary

A leading Singapore construction firm seeks a Project Manager to oversee large-scale mixed-development projects. You will drive the full project lifecycle, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery and quality handover.

The ideal candidate has extensive PM experience, a PE-board-recognized civil engineering degree, and strong leadership and interpersonal skills. This role requires effective management of design to completion, close liaison with vendors and authorities, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by PE board.
• 10–12 years of project management experience including full project lifecycle.
• Strong technical competence and excellent time management.
• Confident leader with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction of mixed-development project from design to completion.
• Develop and monitor Project Execution Plan; ensure financial viability, on-time delivery, and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities.
• Manage all phases of site works, ensuring specifications and briefs are met.
• Lead and optimize resource use to enhance cost effectiveness.
• Ensure successful and quality handover to client.

Our client is one of Singapore’s leading A1 construction firms which has a strong construction portfolio in building projects. In view of potential project wins, they are looking for a Project Manager who is experienced in overseeing construction of large scale mixed-development project.

Job Description

• Responsible for the effective implementation and successful completion of construction for mixed-development project
• Produce the Project Execution Plan and responsible for the financial viability, on time delivery and customer control
• Liaise closely with subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities
• Manage each phase of the project from design to completion and ensure efficient use of resources and enhance cost effectiveness
• Coordinates all site works including third party vendors, ensuring works meet specification and briefs
• Responsible for successful and quality project handover to the Client

Requirements

• Min Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by PE board
• Possesses at least 10-12 years of project management experience including full cycle completion
• Demonstrates strong technical competence and excellent time management skills
• Confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills in leading a team
